Terms and Conditions

We will do our upmost to be transparent in everything we do. We work hard and honestly to either repurpose furniture or make gifts we think you'll love. We also sell on items we have lovingly restored in one way or another and make no claim to have made these items. Generally everything that gets into our workshop will have been stripped and repainted, or fixed and repainted...The common theme here is repainted! There are some items that are just too good to touch, so are being sold on to either make space for something new and is just too brilliant for an auction.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement:

• If at any time we do not feel safe or right trading with a customer, we reserve the right to return funds and cancel the transaction.
• We aim to get your product to you as soon as we can. If you live in Northamptonshire or Buckinghamshire we can deliver furniture to you if you want at yours and our convenience, it all depends on when my husband and Dad can get there, (they have day jobs).
• We only deliver to the UK using Royal Mail or Parcel Force services.
• We currently only use UK standard delivery for items between 0-20Kg so expect delivery within 2-7 days, although we try to get packages off to their new home as soon as possible if there is a delay please be patient with us :) we will over communicate where possible.
• We use Parcel Force for large deliveries over 20Kg and or bigger than 24x18x18".
• Larger furniture can be delivered by my family members, but only in the UK counties of Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. Any further a field and you'll have to contact us to arrange shipping, this will usually be a collection only service, but if you love something so much you cannot wait, of course we can help you arrange a pickup date and time that you the customer has organised. 
• Please send polite e-mails, we believe in treating people how we wish to be treated :) obviously the customer is always right, but with everything else going on in the world as it is, let's all be kind ;).
• The content on this website, both photo and video have been taken by us using our own time, please do not use any content of ours unless explicitly granted by me please, general queries : info@magnolia-barn.co.uk.
• We don't have any links to other websites at the moment, but if we ever do we cannot be held accountable for external website content, we will however do our upmost to ensure only vetted, (to our own taste) websites are used, (if any).
• Returns - We really hope you don't want or have to return anything, but at the same time hope it gives you peace of mind that you can return items within 14 days of purchase to us for a full refund. This is with the condition that the returned item is with the original packing slip and is in perfect condition when returned.
• Returns cost - The cost of the return will be down to you the customer. It is your responsibility to return the item in protected packaging with guaranteed postage.

• Returns due to damage on delivery - We recommend you open your delivery as soon as possible to establish whether the item has been damaged in transit from us to you, we will then work with you to refund and arrange return.
